DIY Glitter Play Dough

This is one of those, “Why didn’t I know that sooner,” activities because it’s simple and surprisingly fun! This ooey gooey play material has a texture that us unique, unlike slime or playdough, becoming a play experience that’s all its own. Your kiddos will love squeezing, squishing, and playing with this stuff. Add bowls, plastic toys, or other items for added fun. Note: This play material is not edible. Children should be supervised at all times. SUPPLIES: 3 Baby Diapers (any brand will work) 1 Cup Water 5 Tablespoons Glitter 3 to 5 Drops of Food Coloring 2 to 3 Tablespoon Cornstarch DIRECTIONS: Open up the baby diapers (cut a slit in the front of the diaper) and pour out the little balls that are inside, into a bowl. Next, add the water into the bowl to hydrate the balls and you will notice a sticky, crystal-like substance. Now, add the glitter, food coloring and cornstarch and mix well. Play!
