Kids Activities
A turquoise blue bowl contains three energy balls made with a mixture of nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and oats or granola, providing a nutritious and satisfying breakfast option. The energy balls have a golden-brown hue, with visible chunks of almonds and cashews embedded in their surface. Alongside the energy balls, several bright green apples sit in the bowl, adding a fresh and fruity contrast. A person's hand is reaching into the bowl, likely grabbing one of the energy balls to enjoy as part of a healthy and energizing morning meal.
