Visited one of the most impressive structures Iāve ever seen today - the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi.

Women are given an #abaya at the entrance which they must wear as they walk throughout the mosque. In case youāre wondering, the abaya feels lighter and cooler than youād imagine, but yes, itās still 100 degrees in the desert sun.

Itās impossible not to be blown away by this colossal marble structure, and the soft murmur of prayers emanating from within only add to the awe of this place. Worth all the heat and the less than 1.5 hour trip from downtown Dubai.
