In #Salta, the lush forest of the northeast hits against the jagged, red desert, which later spikes up into the clouds to form the Andean peaks. Salt flats, vineyards, multicolored mountains and valleys abound. I have seldom visited a place with so much geodiversity in a relatively short distance.

Northern Argentina is criminally undervisited for the beauty it offers, and if you were following my stories there, you know I can not recommend it highly enough.
