A young woman with long, dark hair stands on a rocky outcrop overlooking a breathtaking coastal scene. She is wearing a white tank top and white shorts, with white sneakers on her feet. Behind her, a vast expanse of deep blue water stretches out, dotted with rugged cliffs and rocky islands. The mountains in the distance rise majestically, their peaks dusted with snow. The sky is a vivid shade of blue, with just a few wispy clouds adding texture. The woman strikes a casual pose, her hand on her hip, as she gazes out towards the stunning natural beauty that surrounds her.

What? I always stand like this. •••••• This is outside the lighthouse at Akrotiri, the southernmost point of the island of #Lefkada. It's rumored to be the cliff off which the ancient Greek poet Sappho jumped to her death, though any definitive account has been lost to history. However, the cliff is still referred to as "Sappho's Leap" (Το Πήδημα της Σαπφούς) •••••• Even many people who live on the island haven't been to this spot, because it's quite an overlooked place. However, the sunset views are breathtaking. . . . . .
