Sunset on the #Serengeti. The word Serengeti is Maasai for “endless plain”. Flying into the tiny Seronera Airstrip on a Cessna, seeing animal trails criss crossing into infinity, elephants and gazelles moving in giant groups over vast distances, nowhere near an apparent destination, it’s obvious how apt this name is.
