A narrow cobblestone street in a historic city, lined with colorful colonial-style buildings. The buildings feature arched doorways and windows, balconies with intricate ironwork, and tiled roofs. The walls are painted in warm shades of yellow, orange, and pink, with accents of vibrant red and blue. A few people can be seen walking along the street, and a small yellow car is parked by the side of the road. Hanging lanterns and lush greenery add charm to the scenic streetscape, creating an inviting and picturesque atmosphere reminiscent of a charming old town.

#Cartagena can be really crowded, especially when I went there. It is a big destination for South Americans, and I was their during their winter holidays, which for many extend past Christmas and New Years by about a week. •• If you want to get some less crowded shots in a tourist spot, just head out with your camera in the morning. It doesn’t have to be super early - even when I was out around 8 or 9 there weren’t that many people, AND the light was better. Take all the photos you want, then find a great breakfast place, settle down, and watch the streets gradually fill back up. . . . .
