A breathtaking scenic view of a pristine alpine lake surrounded by towering snow-capped mountains and lush evergreen forests in the majestic Patagonia region. A lone hiker, clad in outdoor gear and carrying a backpack, stands atop a rocky outcrop, pausing to take in the stunning natural beauty that stretches out before them. The clear turquoise waters of the lake reflect the rugged peaks and scattered icebergs, creating a serene and awe-inspiring landscape that epitomizes the unspoiled wilderness of this remote area.

Dropping the camera for a second to take it all in. The wild expanse of #Patagonia is indescribable. •• Visiting this place reminded me of what we stand to lose if we don’t protect our planet. When we got back in the water I saw a piece of plastic floating by, and in this wild untouched setting it seemed almost...obscene. •• I want the next generation to live on a clean, fresh, beautiful planet. And while I believe a lot of the responsibility for that lies with governments and corporations that need to rein in their pollution, I will also be sharing any tips I come across that we can use as consumers. •• And yes, I know travel is part of what damages the planet, but unfortunately almost everything we do does in some way. I plan on offsetting all my travel this year (will show you how soon), and for the next month at least I’m full on pescatarian as well - my body could use the break honestly. I still want to emphasize that I think we spend way too much time shaming each other for our individual choices, when we should be demanding that those at the top causing 90% of the problem do better. . . . . .
