A woman is shown performing a plank exercise on a yoga mat in front of a large window with a scenic view of the outdoors. The window provides a panoramic vista of a cloudy sky with wispy white clouds. A small airplane can be seen soaring through the sky outside. The scene exudes a sense of tranquility and serenity, with the woman's exercise routine seemingly harmonizing with the natural surroundings. The image conveys a theme of maintaining physical and mental well-being through exercise and embracing the beauty of nature, even in confined spaces.

Day 3 of 30: Exercise! For real, though. Links to online exercise channels in my story!#30daysofdistancing •• Everyone’s first few days of social distancing (mine included) are probably going to be NETFLIX - food - phone calls to friends - NETFLIX. If we’re in this for the long haul though, which it seems we are, it’s important to establish some kind of routine / return to normalcy so you don’t go stir crazy. •• A minimum of 15-30 minutes a day of exercise, whether it’s yoga, sit ups, a walk/run in an area without others close by, is so important to keep your mental and physical health up. •• Exercise also releases endorphins to keep you happy, and boosts your immune system. All important right now. Though I’m not gonna lie, my first day of exercise after 10 days of nothing felt like 🥵 . . . . .
