A stunning coastal village nestled along the rugged cliffs of the Italian Riviera in the Cinque Terre region. The colorful, multi-story buildings are clustered tightly together, adorned with vibrant hues of terracotta, yellow, and pink, creating a charming and picturesque scene. The village cascades down the steep hillside, with some structures precariously perched on the rocky cliffs overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Narrow streets and alleyways wind through the village, inviting exploration. A few boats dot the tranquil cove, adding to the idyllic maritime ambiance. The village exudes a timeless charm and an unmistakable Italian coastal aesthetic.

In today’s game of “places I’d like to be waking up in”: Manarola, Italy. Part of the ridiculously scenic Cinque Terre towns, Manarola is probably the most picturesque and photographed. When I last visited I hiked through all five towns starting from Riomaggiore. Maybe I’ll have a blog post up soon about my experience there with plenty of photos. And by maybe I mean definitely as soon as I can pull it together and write 😁 . . . . . #italy #manarola #cinqueterre #italy🇮🇹
