Hanging in the Cotswolds, realizing these villages were not at all designed for my (not even that tall) height. After growing up absolutely devouring authors whose stories by and large took place in the English countryside, I can’t explain to you the unreasonably high standards I had set for what this part of the world might look like. What an amazing thing to have my expectations exceeded.
