I’m hitting the road and getting out and nature this weekend, and for the first time in over four years I’m taking a notebook with me, putting pen to paper and attempting to write some poetry again. We shall see how it goes, but if anything half decent comes of it, I will certainly share! A little daily activity reminder for over the weekend, I want to encourage you to do at least one thing “selfishly” for yourself, and one thing selflessly for someone else each day. This can be as simple as going on a 20 min walk, and checking in with a friend. Some of you may already be doing this, but if you aren’t I highly recommend it.
