I started this morning off with a coffee, ha and a run from our house to the gym, hit legs and abs and then ran back. The days I start out like this I feel the most refreshed, and most productive during the entirety of my day. Even on days like today when I’ve got soreness from a previous workout. I cannot emphasize enough how important physical self care is, especially if you can do it in the morning before you start your day. Stretching, yoga, running, lifting, whatever you can do to waken your body, plus eating healthy of course! I rarely share from my kinesiology background, so I’m excited to be working on a blog post on “creating daily routines for success,” which should go live in the next couple weeks! It will give ya a peak into what I did before I picked up a camera, an overview of my self care routine, the struggles I have had with strengthening my body and what I am doing to overcome them along with some tips for creating a routine to boost your daily productivity.
