How do you recharge yours?āØ Here are a few things I do to help me to recharge ā¤µ šæGoing outdoorsāa bit of an obvious one given the nature (pun intendedš) of my page but I felt like I couldnāt leave it off the list. Iāve found that even a few minutes outside in the fresh air, rain or shine, is enough to reset my mood and recharge a bit. Get me out on an adventure though, and Iāll definitely be feeling recharged! šReadingālately, most of my reading has been in the form of self-development books and is via listening to them on audible. I will often take 15-30 minutes, lie down on my couch and close my eyes and listen to a few chapters of the book Iām currently working through, calm my breathing and internally reflect on the words Iām hearing. Itās honestly become somewhat of a meditative experience for me. šš»Exercisingāwhile physically tiring, I find exercise/movement (of any kind) to be one of the best mental resets. Doesnāt replace a good therapy session if you really need to work through something, but for balancing out the nerves and releasing stress in the moment, itās fantastic šØš»āš³CookingāI find cooking to be a bit of a cathartic experience, where Iām able to tune out and focus on making something thatās delicious. The consistent rhythm of prepping/chopping vegetables is something Iāve found to be very centering. Do you intentionally schedule guilt-free time for yourself to recharge each week? āØ #rechargeyoursoul #californiaredwoods #nationalpark #california #redwoodsnationalpark #recharge #selfcaredaily
