I took a nap today and dreamt about this wild morning... waking up at 4:30am, rushing to the lake, freezing our butts off as we waited for what looked like it was going to be a nothing sunrise and then... BOOM! The sky exploded and we were running around, shouting, like kids in a candy store. It’s been fun looking back on all of the memories I’ve made, and it’s made it easier to stay home, as I know it will mean getting back outside again all that much sooner! I also wanted to put a little message out there... ⤵️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ If anyone has a question about what you can and can’t do during a stay at home, or shelter in place order, wants help putting together a workout plan for at home, or new meal ideas based off what you’ve got in your fridge or just a friend to talk to, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
