This is just a friendly reminder that it’s okay not to be okay right now, to take a break or to lack the motivation to create during this time. Don’t apologize, try not to feel guilty and just take care of yourself. When you have the energy to create, learn or be productive, DO and when you don’t, rest. Take a shower, get cozy, drink some tea 🍵 The silver lining to this whole situation is that while we are all experiencing it on our own, we are all together in that we are all impacted by this in some way. You’re not alone by any means, so don’t be afraid to reach out for support in whatever way you feel comfortable doing so. When we are feeling down it’s the scariest time to ask for help because our minds convince us that we’ll be judged or that it’s our fault, but during this time, and in general that couldn’t be further from the truth.
