A solitary figure, likely a female, is walking alone down the center of a narrow and secluded road cutting through a dense forest. The road is paved and lined with a double yellow line, suggesting it is a maintained route despite the thick vegetation surrounding it. The trees on either side are tall and evergreen, their branches stretching overhead to create a tunnel-like canopy that casts the scene in a dim, atmospheric light. The woman is dressed casually in jeans and a light-colored hoodie, with her back turned to the camera as she walks away, carrying what appears to be a small backpack or purse. The overall scene evokes a sense of tranquility and solitude, with the woman seeming to find solace in the peaceful embrace of nature.

This is just a friendly reminder that it’s okay not to be okay right now, to take a break or to lack the motivation to create during this time. Don’t apologize, try not to feel guilty and just take care of yourself. When you have the energy to create, learn or be productive, DO and when you don’t, rest. Take a shower, get cozy, drink some tea 🍵 The silver lining to this whole situation is that while we are all experiencing it on our own, we are all together in that we are all impacted by this in some way. You’re not alone by any means, so don’t be afraid to reach out for support in whatever way you feel comfortable doing so. When we are feeling down it’s the scariest time to ask for help because our minds convince us that we’ll be judged or that it’s our fault, but during this time, and in general that couldn’t be further from the truth. We’re all in this together, let’s support each other in all the different ways we’re handling these times. Sending virtual hugs to anyone who might be needing it right now. Love all of you!🤗
