A narrow dirt path winds its way through a dense, misty forest. Towering evergreen trees, their trunks covered in moss and ferns, stand tall on either side of the trail, their branches intertwining overhead to create a canopy of green foliage. Sunlight filters through the fog and branches, casting a warm, ethereal glow on the lush undergrowth of ferns and mosses that carpet the forest floor. The atmosphere is serene, peaceful, and almost otherworldly, inviting one to venture deeper into the enchanting woodland realm.

I am just finishing up reading “when things fall apart” by @anipemachodron for the second time round. I first picked it up when my friend @haveoneonme recommended I read it after Augie’s mom and I separated last fall. I’m so glad I did then and it’s felt even more appropriate to read now with how uncertain things are. It’s honestly grounded me in so many ways, encouraged me to pursue better daily routines for wellness and inspired me to truly find happiness from within myself. If you’re looking for some pick me up, shift your mindset, reading material during this time I highly recommend it. What have you guys been reading recently? Let me know below!📚👇🏻
