Why do you love backpacking so much?!?🙄 Experiencing the absolute grandeur of the natural world, that’s why!! Yes, it’s roughly a 12mi round trip hike with 4,500+ of elevation gain to get to this spot but it’s unquestionably worth it.😍 You do need a limited access permit to camp here and it’s one of the more challenging lotteries to win given the popularity, but if you can go—DO IT! You won’t regret it! A massive thanks to @alecoutside for inviting me along for this one, it was definitely one of the top highlight from this year and had been on my bucket-list for quite a while… Will you be adding it to yours?😉🤙🏻
