Can you relate?🌲🤔 Honestly when it comes to getting my energy to reset quickly, going out in the woods to just walk around and disconnect while observing the nature around me is a ideal option. We spend so much time connected to our technology and the digital world, be it for necessity or distraction, that the benefit of immersing yourself into nature even for just a short period of time (or 6 days haha) is wild!
