Hello Antigua 👙Now, I'd be lying if I said making it as a professional travel blogger is easy. There's a lot of strategy and hard work that goes into taking your website from a trip journal to a sustainable business; and I feel so blessed that I've been able to do just that since 2012 (which is the year I quit my waitressing job to take Jessie on a Journey full time).

I'm often asked by other budding bloggers how they can see this same success. And while I certainly couldn't answer that fully in an email or Instagram share -- which is why I created Travel Blog Prosperity (link in bio) in the first place -- one thing I will say is having a defined niche and clear mission helps A LOT.

Take the template "I help ___ (group of people) do ___ (how you help)" and make sure you can clearly fill in those blanks. You'll of course want to expand on your ideal audience avatar, but this is a great start for gaining clarity into your purpose.
