Sedona's Stunning Red Rock Formations

Here's a slice of my #view from the Church of the Holy Cross, built in 1956 right into the red rock buttes, overlooking #Sedona and beyond. What I loved about this #adventure -filled and #beautiful #Arizona city wasn't just the iron-rich red rock and otherworldly monoliths, but the way these #natural features interacted with the mountains, forests, rivers and man-made constructions. Add Sedona to your #2015 #bucketlist! Ps: yes, you can climb the rocks, just be careful if it rains. As the soft sandstone melts away you'll be on the most deadly slip-n-slide of your #life!
