Jessie on a Journey
A person with long brown hair tied back is standing on a rocky outcrop, taking in a breathtaking panoramic view of a coastal landscape. The vista features a rugged, mountainous island rising dramatically from the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. In the foreground, rocky cliffs and scrubby vegetation frame the scene. The person is wearing a bright coral tank top with a stylish cutout design on the back, and purple athletic shorts, suggesting they have just completed a challenging hike. The image conveys a sense of awe and accomplishment at reaching this stunning vantage point after a strenuous journey through the rocky terrain.

Hiking Trail in Calanques National Park

Something cool about France's capital of Marseille is it's home to the enormous 520 suqare-kilometer (201 square mile) Calanques National Park, composed of both land and water. While there I embarked on "The Goat's Pass" Trail ("Le Col des Chèvres") a path covered in shards of stone with some technical sections where you'll need two hands (and some bravery) to get you to the top. Your efforts will be well rewarded as you can see in this photo of me taking in the view from Marseilleveyre Peak at 433 meters (1,421 feet). Stunning! What's your favorite hiking trail in France?
