Hiking El Yunque National Forest, Puerto Rico
#NoFilterPuertoRico to the max! El Yunque National Forest is SO gorgeous. What I loved about it was how perfect it is for solo travelers. Hiking to the top peak, I had tons of time to be immersed in nature all on my own; however, there was still enough people that if I fell and broke my ankle someone would find me before the frogs ate me ;) (just kidding!). Bonus: Entrance is only $4!

Pro tip: Afterward, drive the panoramic route along Route 3. You can put in "Punta Santiago" as your GPS destination. After about 30 minutes of driving, you'll come to a secluded dirt road lined with beautiful, quiet beaches.
