Help Kids in Rural India Access Education with Bicycles
How to help children in rural India get to school safely (ending soon!) - #sponsored / link in bio 👉 @jessieonajourney

When I think about the biggest gift I've been given it isn't my iPhone, my laptop, or even my engagement ring. It’s my education.
✨
The thing is, education shouldn’t be a gift. It should be a fundamental right for all. But it isn’t. At least not for everyone.
✏️
In fact, in rural India, many children don’t have a safe or accessible way to get to school - which has sadly led to high rates of illiteracy and school dropouts in these communities, especially among girls.
📚
But, it doesn’t have to be this way, especially since there is a simple solution to the problem: a bicycle.
🚲
Not only can a bicycle make traveling the up to five miles to school doable, but it can also help children arrive safely and avoid the harassment and assault that they’re often met with when walking.
❤️
So, how can you help?
👇
I’m currently working with The Vicente Ferrer Foundation USA (@vffusa) - an organization committed to combating poverty and inequality in rural India - to help get *at least 5* of these life-changing bikes into the hands of children and get them the education that they’re entitled to.
📗
The education that can lead to a lifetime of opportunities.
📕
The education that would empower these children to create their own futures.
📘
Each bike costs just $99 -- though you can donate any amount you’re comfortable with.

You can visit my link in bio 👉 @jessieonajourney to head straight to the fundraiser to donate. Note that it’s ending soon, so don’t delay.
🙏
I’d also appreciate it if you could share it with anyone who might be compelled to donate and help give the gift of education to a child who may otherwise not have access to it. #EducationIsARight
