Healthy Travel Lifestyle
When I was younger I always fell into a "vacation lifestyle" on the road -- overeating, oversleeping and not taking care of myself. As I've gotten older and started traveling more as a digital nomad, I've realized that traveling is the perfect time to take extra good care of yourself. I mean, when you're staying on an island like Antigua with lots of sunshine, gorgeous tropical flowers and beautiful beaches, getting active in the outdoors is actually really really fun. And starting your days with yoga is a great way to become energized and focused to make the most of every travel moment 🤗
