I've definitely been guilty of forgetting the importance of taking time to nurture my mental health.

Often, it's because I try to multi-task; to write a blog post while checking emails, or to plan a trip while responding to Instagram comments.
___
But here's one change I've been making lately that's REALLY powerful:
Giving my full attention to everything I do; whether that's watching New Girl on Netflix, playing with my cat or creating new content for my Travel Blog Prosperity program.

It sounds simple, but when you're a multi-tasker it can be scary to think you're "giving up time". In reality, you're saving time in the long-run, as you gain clarity and quit feeling like you "haven't gotten anything done." 💪
