Finding Peace in a Tranquil Sunset

Did you know your mind has about 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day?!💡 ___ As a curious traveler and a creative entrepreneur, this means that I often fall victim to shiny object syndrome. Every thought in my head feels like *the best idea* I've ever had, and I'm constantly feeling like I need to execute it right away, whether that'd launching a new course, publishing a new tour or booking another trip. ___ Which is why it's soooooo important for me to find time to quiet my mind. A colorful sunset isn't exactly necessary, but certainly helps to push out all the questions, ideas, thoughts, comments, worries, triumphs, excitements, frustrations, to-do tasks and everything else and just say *SHHHHHHUUUUUUSSSSSHHHHHH!* 😊 ___ 📷taken at Huntington Beach State Park in Myrtle Beach * * *
