This is something I always keep in mind when traveling, as I'm constantly stepping out of my comfort zone, trying new things, and visiting new places on my own.

So when your palms start sweating and your heartbeat quickens, you can do an exercise called “anxiety reappraisal" and swap that “I’m so anxious!” with “I’m so excited!"
