Challenging Hike in Tayrona National Park, Colombia

One of my #favorite hikes in #Colombia was in #Tayrona National Park, and was very challenging. The steep uphill, boulder-filled path leads up to "Pueblito," home to pre-Hispanic ruins. The hike takes about 2.5-3 hours round trip, and has some technical spots where you'll need to use rope (provided on the trail), crawl through caves and hoist yourself over precarious (potential) falls. Once you're finished, however, you'll feel amazing. Tip: that awful growl/shriek noise you hear? Howler monkeys :)
