Car-Free Ljubljana: A Peaceful European Gem

What's the quietest urban city you've been to? ___ Wandering the streets of Ljubljana is a pleasant experience. This is not only because there are so many independent shops, restaurants and cafes to explore; but because the city center is car free! ___ I loved sipping local wine along the center's lovely river in peace. Ahhhh :)
