Jessie on a Journey
The image displays two rusted iron bars or pipes running vertically, with rows of circular holes or openings along their length. One bar has a reddish-brown, rusty hue, while the other appears more yellowish-orange. The bars are contrasted by blurred backgrounds of vibrant colors, including shades of green, blue, and yellow. The image seems to capture an abstract, close-up perspective of industrial or urban textures and patterns, highlighting the intricate details and patina of weathered metallic surfaces.

Capturing Urban Textures

One thing I absolutely love about tour guiding in #NYC is that my clients are always different, especially for my photo safaris. While some of my guests simply want to learn more about street #photography or have lots of #photos of themselves and their #trip to cherish, others are talented photographers and want a #special route planned. This was my experience this week with a client named Rusty, who had a very #unique way of shooting, focusing on #urban textures and shooting in a #macro style. He shot in a very different way than I do, which was inspiring to say the least. Above you can see me taking his lead during a tour of #Bushwick, #Brooklyn. I feel my #creative juices flowing already! Interested in taking a custom #NewYork tour or photo safari? I'd love to have you! jessieonajourney.com/nyc-tours-photo-safaris/
