Amazing Views from Governors Island, NYC

Best view in NYC!⁠ 😍⁠ My absolute favorite place in New York City for amazing views is actually a place many locals haven't even visited: Governors Island - which is one of about 40 islands in NYC. ⁠ 🏝️⁠ I took this video from atop one of the numerous hills on Governors Island, though it is far from the only spot to enjoy an epic vista. I also love seeing the Statue of Liberty from Picnic Point (where you can rent a grill for $26 for the day - can't beat that!).⁠ 😮⁠ The ferry to reach Governors Island is just $4 round-trip and takes less than 10 minutes from Lower Manhattan.⁠ 🛥️⁠ Have you ever visited Governors Island? #BeyondTheGuidebook⁠
