Adventuring Through Kyrgyzstan With My Travel Blogger Bestie

Who is your favorite person to travel with? 🌎⁠ ⁠ One of my favorite things about travel blogging = this community and the people you meet...and get to travel with! ✈️⁠ ⁠ I met @AlexOnTheMap online in 2020 when we realized we both lived in NYC and became fast friends. 👭⁠ ⁠ She was also the first person I thought of when planning a trip to trek through Kyrgyzstan. Within 5 minutes of inviting her, I received a reply that she was in (another perk of hanging with travel bloggers!). 🙌⁠ ⁠ Over the last 2 weeks, we had a blast staying in yurts, learning about the cultural practice of hunting with eagles, making our driver stop every time we saw a donkey or horse, hiking mountains and waterfalls, photographing stunning landscapes, and mountaineering down snowy trails (okay, this last one was unexpected 😅).⁠ ⁠ I’m currently going through the 4000+ photos and videos from this trip, and I can’t wait to share more about our wild and crazy adventure.
