Accommodation Without Locks - Panama Experience

Accommodation without locks...thoughts?⁠ *⁠ Before COVID, I did a trip to Panama. Overall, the trip was one of my favorites of all time, though one thing I found peculiar was that almost all of my accommodation came without locks.⁠ *⁠ Being from New York, I don't even leave my door unlocked when I'm home, so it was certainly strange to do so when I left to go hiking or was sleeping.⁠ *⁠ Luckily there were no issues during the trip, though one cute thing happened. I was staying at a remote Airbnb where you had to hike to get to it. While the accommodation didn't lock, I did get my very own guard dog, Rocky Balboa (pictured here).⁠ *⁠ I definitely laughed at the fact they thought this little cutie would be able to fight off trouble, though he did make an excellent porch companion. <3
