I paid to scream into a pillow and heres why Okay this is actually a breathworking class and designed to help relieve stress and anything else your body is holding on to I feel like this is perfect for my “unhinged” single bucketlist because after going on all these dates you need to just let it out This experience was amazing to see how other people connected thru the breathwork process and it was really able to help people let go and open up. Its def and emotional process which even allowed for some people to release and cry during it This is scream church ! . . . . .
