Staying Connected on the Road

But what do you use for internet ‼ That was our #1 question after we decided to go fulltime. It was critical for us to be connected for work and streaming. . . Most private camp grounds have WiFi but the reliability and security is an problem. Another issue was having cellphone coverage all over the country without costing an arm and leg. We use the following to ensure we have internet wherever we go: ▪️Verizon jetpack (company provided with usage limit) ▪️Sprint phones which double as a hotspot for 50G before being throttled ▪️AT&T Nighthawk hotspot with service from OTR Mobile (unlimited, no throttling). . With service from the 3 big cell services we have been covered everywhere we've gone. We average 600 Gigs per month. We prepaid for 1 year service with OTR and locked in at $50/month. So our additional cost for having internet on the road is $50/ month currently. Not a bad deal 👍 . . Unfortunately, OTR Mobile recently switched to Sprint/T-mobile and when our year is up we have a decision to make. We will have to cross that bridge when it gets closer. Overall, we have had great connectivity and little to no issue while on the road. What internet or cell service do you recommend for a travelling family?
