Exploring Outside the 303
The image shows the interior of a vehicle, specifically the front storage area, where a custom battery rack has been installed. The rack is constructed using strut and corner channels, designed to hold and lift four blue Battleborn batteries off the floor to allow for air circulation. The batteries are connected in parallel using custom-made battery cables made from 2 AWG wires. The setup appears to be a solar power system, allowing the vehicle to operate off-grid while boondocking (camping without hookups). The wiring and connections look well-organized, indicating careful installation by someone skilled in electrical work.

Ready for Off-Grid Camping

Part II Solar Setup Complete ✔ We are officially ready to give bondocking another shot. Steve installed 4 @battlebornbatteries over the weekend. We now have 400 Amp hours! We built a custom battery rack in the front storage with strut and corner channels to lift the batteries up for air circulation. Steve made custom battery cables out of 2 AWG wires and connected the batteries in parallel. We tested out the new system last night and all day today, and it's purring like a kitten. I can even run my insta kettle for hot water! Sunday night we get to our first opportunity to boondock at a Harvest Host spot in the mountains!! ❓Who's ready for some camping this weekend❓
