Real Life Travel Family Budget⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ September was a great month for friends. We met new friends in Sedona and at the Balloon Fiesta. We also attended our first Rally with 48 other families. ⁠ "Rent"⁠ ⁠ Thousand Trails Resort: 8 nights⁠ ⁠ Home Park: 10 nights⁠ ⁠ RV Resort: 6 nights⁠ (hosted)⁠ ⁠ Boondocking: 5 night⁠ ⁠ Walmart Parking Lot: 1 night⁠ ⁠ Rent: $644* ⁠ Cost per night: $21.47⁠ ⁠ 🏞 *We paid for the Rally in 2019, but since we attended it this month we wanted to include the cost. ⁠ "Food"⁠ Groceries: $1,525⁠ Restaurants: $0⁠ 🍴⁠We went all month long without eating out and it wasn't as bad as we thought it was going to be. We needed to break our habit of eating out so much. ⁠ "Fuel"⁠ ⁠ Total Miles ~1,300 ⁠ Towed Miles: 1,150⁠ ⁠ Fuel Cost: $764⁠ ⁠ Days Traveled: 5⁠ ⁠ States: Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona⁠ 🚐 ⁠This was our first full month with both vehicles and the cost is right where I thought we would be. ⁠ "Entertainment"⁠ ⁠ Activities: $20⁠ 🎭 ⁠We went to the Balloon Museum before the Firsta Events started. It's a great Museum with many interactive parts.
