Exploring Outside the 303
The image depicts two mules walking in a single file along a narrow trail in a scenic desert environment. The mules are wearing saddles and harnesses, suggesting they are being used as pack animals. In the background, the rugged terrain features rocky outcrops and a distant mountain range. The clear blue sky and bright sunlight contribute to the picturesque scenery. The mules appear to be part of a guided tour or excursion, with a person, likely a ranger or guide, leading the way.

Hiking the Grand Canyon with Mules

Hike more, worry less 🏞 We ran across these mules twice while hiking at the Grand Canyon. First off, they are adorable walking in line down/up the trail. The ranger leading was cheerful and full of great information. We loved seeing the mules 🐴 I don't know if I'd ride one down the trail to the river as that would be terrifying but I can see the draw of it. Would you take a mule down?
