Hiking Arches National Park with Kids
Arches National Park (save this for later)
Known for it stunning landscape, Arches is a favorite park for many and it definitely ranks high on our list too. This was our second time here and we ended up spending 2 days in the park.
Our recommended hikes with kids:
🏞️ Sand Dune Arch - easy 0.3 mile hike with the softest sand perfect to let your kids have fun in
🏞️ Broken Arch to Tapestry Arch - easy 3 mile out/back trail with practice on following cairns. Full of beautiful views.
🏞️ Double Arches and Window Arches - both easy hikes based in the same parking lot. Wonderful views of the arches.
🏞️ Park Avenue Trail - 1.8 mile out and back hike with killer views of the Courthouse Rocks and running water after it rains
🏞️ Delicate Arch Viewing Area - for those that prefer an overlook, this hike is 0.7 mile hike to see the iconic arch
This park has a lot to offer all skill levels in hiking and if you are lucky enough to see the colors shine after the rain, it is even more spectacular.
