Health Update on Our Dog Diesel

Diesel Update 🐾 We found a weird lump near the base of his tail, and it turns out he has mastocytoma (MCT). It's a common cancer in dogs especially retrievers. The vet believes it's localized in that spot, but we don't know for sure. He is scheduled for the middle of the month to have it removed and scan his body for additional masses. Your prayers are greatly appreciated. The kids are having a hard time with this news (honestly, we all are), but trusting in God's guidance and peace about what's next for Diesel. Diesel recently turned 12, and our goal is to have him around as long as possible, living comfortably, and cherish the time we have with him ❤️🐾 Family pet | black labs | cancer in dogs
