Exploring Outside the 303

Full-Time Travel Family Monthly Budget Breakdown

Fulltime Travel Family Budget 💸 July was our second month exploring the PNW. We had a scheduling conflict and it put us in scramble mode to find spots on the fly for about 1.5 weeks. We added 3 more National Parks to our list and got to finally add another state to our map, California. "Rent" Thousand Trails Resort: 17 nights RV Resort: 14 nights (hosted) Rent: $104 Cost per night: $3.35 🏞️The rent we paid this month was all fees for cancelled spots due to our schedule conflict. We stayed at 3 Thousand Trails and we were hosted at 3 campgrounds. The savings is great as you can see, we are grateful to partner with an amazing company for the hosted spots (be on the lookout for more details about our stays later this month). "Food" Groceries: $1065 Restaurants: $586 🍴 Food costs continue to be expensive in the area. "Fuel" Total Miles ~1,600 Towed Miles: 979 Fuel Cost: $620 Days Traveled: 5 States: Oregon, California 🚐 Diesel prices are well over $4 in California and we even saw over $5 near LA 😩 "Entertainment" Activities: $75 🎭 We explored 3 national parks and bought some stickers and souvenirs. I am working on something special for later this month...a Fulltime RV Budget Template!! It will include a checklist of costs to be aware of and an excel spreadsheet template to start tracking your budget. Be on the look out 👍 Give us ❤️ if you are excited for the template! Happy Exploring! 🏕️@exploringoutsidethe303 🏕️@exploringoutsidethe303 🏕️@exploringoutsidethe303
