Family Climbing Adventure at Malted Monkey

Will you do it with us? ⁠ ⁠ This past weekend while at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, we found the Strip, and @jokotravels it was recommended we check out Malted Monkey.⁠ ⁠ The kids about jumped out of the car before we could park when they saw the 3 story climbing tower. Immediately begging to go on it and then those famous words, "Will you do it with us?"⁠ ⁠ How can you say no to that?! Steve and I of course joined in. Steve is extremely terrified of heights and managed to last about 30 minutes doing the less intensive paths. Jeremiah and I lasted an hour and had to take it slow to start but gained confidence. ⁠ ⁠ Jeremiah surprised me by doing the final obstacle, a 60 ft fall. I went first to show him how "easy" it was (I about peed my pants, not joking 😬). Then he stepped up, took a deep breath, and jumped. ⁠I was so proud of him!! ⁠ Addy outlasted us all, we had to set a time limit for her because she would have done it all afternoon if we let her.
