Exploring Outside the 303
A massive red and black construction crane dominates the image, towering over the scene. In the foreground, two young girls are standing beside the crane's massive tires, dwarfed by its immense size. One girl is wearing an orange shirt, while the other is wearing a pink shirt. They appear to be posing for a photograph, possibly visiting a construction site or exploring an industrial area. The crane's intricate lattice structure and heavy-duty components create a striking contrast with the small figures of the girls, emphasizing the scale and power of the machinery. The image conveys a sense of curiosity and exploration, with the girls seemingly fascinated by the massive construction equipment.

Exploring Frontier Homestead State Park

Cedar City is great little town and we stumbled on the Frontier Homestead State Park. It was a great spot to learn about local history and pan for gold. The park is very hands on with activities at each stop. The kids loved panning for gold and planing what to take with them if they were to travel in a covered wagon.
