Exploring Outside the 303

DIY RV Skirting for Winter Camping❄️ We opted last minute to skirt the RV before the deep freeze last December. Supplies Used: Insulation Foam Board, All Whether Aluminum Tape, and Razor Blade Cost: $130 Time: 2 hours If we were to camp the whole winter we would have boxed in the tires and slides, and spent more time ensuring all gaps were sealed. We previously had issues with our tanks freezing below 10°F and knew skirting with heaters was the answer to make it through the deep freeze without issue. 🌟Our advice for winter camping is to skirt and add heaters underneath🌟 Many companies have better-looking skirting solutions (but also cost $$) and require permanent additions to the RV. Have you camped in below-zero weather ⁉️ #winterincolorado #wintercamping #winterrving #rvskirt #travelfamily #nomadfamilies #fulltimetravelers #fulltimefamilies #rvtravel #krvambassador #campbetter #thorindustries #rootlessliving #rvtoday #5thwheelliving #5thwheel #rvlife #keystonecougar
