At-Home Food Sensitivity Test
Do you ever wonder if you're sensitive to the food you eat?
I sure do. This year I have been focusing on improving my overall heath and improving my gut health. I wanted a test that could tell me what food sensitivities I have, taking out the guess work. [gifted]
With Notch Health] I was able to perform a quick at home test in a few minutes and get back a comprehensive blood analysis for 96 common food sensitivities.
My result included a few foods I had a feeling I was sensitive to like dairy, whey, and gluten. The results also had foods that I had no idea I was sensitive to, like almonds, spinach, and garlic.
Now armed with this data, I am an engineer after all and love data, I have been making changes to improve my gut health. After all, gut health is so important and effects our bodies in so many ways.
