Being healthy is hard - here are 3 things to START today to help 👇🏻 💪Move your body daily - I do full body workouts 3x week and walk 10k steps most days 🥗 Eat mostly whole foods in the right portions! Protein is very important to get the right amount daily (especially for women) 🕝 Have patience - it can take time to see a physical difference in your body.
