Volcanic Eruption Under Starry Skies

The floor is lava… no really, the floor is lava🌋 a night that I’ll never forget, this one goes down in the record books!! We sat there and watched for what seemed like the whole night, switching from the eruption to the Milky Way… as bright as the lava was, illuminating the rising smoke, you could look at it for as long as you wanted and immediately look up and see the stars… no delay, no need for your eyes to adjust, it was just that clear of a night!! Later that night back at our hotel we sat and watched a meteor shower rain overhead for hours. We are beyond blessed to live on such an incredible planet!! I sure am trying to not take that for granted and enjoy every minute💥
