Weekly Goal-Setting Routine: Start, Reset, Refocus
Setting goals is a crucial weekly practice for me. It enables me to manage my social media account, work at my hair salon, tackle home improvement projects, care for my kids and household, and prioritize travel and new experiences. This involves a lot of starting, resetting, and refocusing to make everything possible. Each week, I take time to do the following:

Set smart goals and create a detailed plan. Cultivate positive habits and commit to continuous learning.
💛RESET:
Regularly assess progress, reflect on achievements, and adjust strategies as needed. Take breaks and maintain flexibility to prevent burnout.
💛REFOCUS:
Review goals periodically, minimize distractions, and stay accountable. Maintain positivity through gratitude and focus on strengths for motivation and resilience.
