Visiting the 9/11 Memorial and Museum

Visiting the 9/11 Memorial and Museum This is quite the sobering experience but one that I felt like was important for my kids to see and learn more about. Near the museum are two reflecting pools that are footprints to where the twin towers once stood ~ a beautiful and sacred place. What you will see inside the museum: Displays throughout and two main exhibits. โœจThe first exhibit has rooms where all of the names of each individual, who lost their lives, are listed out and tells many of their stories. โœจThe second exhibit explains the events of that terrible day and the motives behind the attack. It is emotional and heavy but very well done. โœจI would plan on at least two hours to walk around the reflecting pools and museum. โœจThe current cost is $28 per person. Have you been here before? Is this somewhere you would take your kids? โžก๏ธFollow our family adventures @eastcoast.blondies . . .
